The ideal candidate should have a UI/UX certification from a reputable UI/UX school and possess a strong portfolio with a compelling case study that demonstrates their design process and problem-solving skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious designer to kick-start their career in UI/UX design and gain hands-on experience working on diverse projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Assist in conducting user research, both qualitative and quantitative, to gather insights and understand user needs.

Contribute to the creation of user flows, information architecture, and wireframes under the guidance of senior designers.

Assist in designing and prototyping intuitive user interfaces using industry-standard design tools.

Participate in user testing sessions, analyze feedback, and make design improvements accordingly.

Support the development and maintenance of a UI kit to ensure design consistency.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

Contribute to design presentations and effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure seamless integration into the final product.

Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new design techniques and methodologies.

You Offer:

UI/UX certification from a reputable UI/UX school.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, including a compelling case study that demonstrates the candidate's design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to create exceptional user experiences.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding innovative design solutions.

Passion for UI/UX design and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
